Based on my understanding, if you are a day person, better to pick where you can spend some time with people around you during the day as it's hot outside, however, If you have the opposite interest, the nightlife will not disappoint you here.

IV. Penthouse and Duplexes: If you want to see yourself (your family, partner) in places so call luxurious residential properties that offer spacious and upscale living spaces, Penthouses in Dubai are the epitome of luxury living. They are typically located on the top floors of high-rise buildings, offering stunning panoramic views of the city skyline, coastline, or iconic landmarks. Dubai is a multi-cultural place so you will easily find food from different locations, from seafood, and vegetarian to fried food. Different price ranges and highlight local food markets, supermarkets, and online grocery delivery services. Provide tips on budgeting and finding affordable places to eat. Budget-Friendly In inexpensive eateries, fast food outlets, or local cafeterias, you can expect to spend around 15 - 35 AED per person for a basic meal. For mid-range dining establishments, such as casual dining restaurants or popular chain restaurants, the average cost per person for a meal can range from 45 -100 AED. Fine dining establishments, gourmet restaurants, and high-end international cuisines can have higher prices. The cost per person for a luxurious dining experience in such restaurants can range from 200-400 AED or even higher. Street Food and Food Courts: Dubai also offers various street food options and food courts in shopping malls. These tend to be more affordable, with prices typically ranging from 10-20 AED per person for a meal. It's very comfortable and easy to get food from the hyper shop (LULU, union cop, nesto, etc.) you can get fresh food and you can see and pick your favorite one. (It's not allowed to eat inside Hyper shop but some of them have a specific place in it)

Bonus Tips: living in Dubai can be challenging if you are outdoors but don’t like hot weather, taxes can be very comfortable and can find around the clock, and Public transportation only operate specific time day to night, if you love to read new books like me you can find lots of libraries (inside will be frozen, if you don’t have many clothes, you can leave as soon as you feel cold) around the metro station, most of them are free to go and explore and events, exhibitions also come with free tickets but you need to book them online mostly beforehand. If you are Muslim and want to pray in different mosques and see the architecture, you better be on time and it will only operate some specific time. most of the bus stops are comes with air-conditioning but some of them are not and most of the buses will operate same road all day so if you want to just travel by bus, just remember the bus number and the place you want to go or come back as you can see the same bus stops another side of the road, don’t forget if you want to travel with the bus you can only pay with Nol card. You don’t have to care your passport with you all the time as no one will ask you to see it (if you are not going for any work).
